traditional and modern Mexican songs, ballads and dance music.
Dressed in fancy fitted suits and huge sombreros, it's hard to

fine dining places abound in Guadalajara. There are also
traditional Mexican food restaurants where you can order in the

The historical center of the city is like
entering a different land. Everything is slower and the sheer
beauty of the architecture is amazing. The Cathedral, Degollado
Theatre, Libertad Market, Regional Museum and the Government
Palace are just a few of the area's attractions. If you don’t
want to walk, consider hiring one of the many horse-drawn
carriages, known as Calandrias, to take you on a guided tour.
This is a great way to learn Spanish in Guadalajara, as the
driver will help with translations and phrases.
